Delivery and returns
Australia: Free Express Shipping via StarTack on most Australian orders* AU $75 and over. Orders received by 11am, Monday through to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. *PO Boxes and out of area deliveries will be dispatched within 1-2 full business days and sent via standard Australia post which may take 2-6 business days to be delivered depending on your location. Orders under AU $75 incur a freight and handling surcharge of AU $8.95 (inc GST).
New Zealand: New Zealand orders will be dispatched within 1-2 full business days and shipped via standard AUS & NZ Post which may take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered. All orders incur a freight and handling surcharge of $12.00 (incl. GST).
Sale Periods: During busy sale periods there may be slight delays in the dispatch of your order. We suggest adding an extra 1-2 business days to all normal delivery times in both Australia & New Zealand to avoid disappointment.
Please note: While all care is taken, we reserve the right to leave your order in a safe place on premises if no one is home to collect. We recommend using a business address as your delivery address. Please let us know if you would prefer signature on delivery, this can be done by leaving a note on the checkout page.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at which time we will immediately notify this action by email using the email address provided by you. All orders are subject to availability of stock. We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit card details are bona fide.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
For the fastest possible exchanges and returns, send your items to the address below within 14 days after receipt of your item(s). Please fill out the returns form and keep your tracking number in case we need to locate your return.

Garments must not have been worn, all tags must be attached as new, and care must be taken to protect the garment when posting. Any item returned in any other condition than “absolute new” will not be eligible unless deemed faulty. These items will be sent back with a note explaining that we cannot exchange/refund.
Return of Full Priced Items
All full priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.
Return of Sale Items
Unless otherwise specified, all sale items are eligible for an exchange or credit note only, unless the item is faulty, in which case you are able to receive a full refund.
You may return your garment to our Mavi Returns address along with the return/exchange form included in your order. Please send your parcel back via a registered service and keep your tracking number for reference. Whilst all care is taken, Mavi cannot be held responsible for items not received through NZ Post
We make every effort to provide goods of the highest quality to our customers so we hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur, please notify us as soon as you notice any damage or fault with the product, and we will be happy to assist you further.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS?
Returns will generally be processed within 3 business days of receipt. During sale periods and events, it may take up to 5 business days to process. We know that getting your refund or exchange item is urgent and always try to process all returns as fast as possible.
1 – Only full priced goods purchased via the Mavi Australia website can be exchanged or returned. We cannot accept items purchased from any other store, you will need to contact the vendor directly.
2 – Items returned after 14 days may not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
