OUR RETURNS POLICY
Please choose carefully, there are no refunds or exchanges for incorrect choice or sizes on all sale items unless faulty.
For all return enquires please email us at email@example.com with your name, order number and your enquiry.
Garments must not been worn, all tags attached as new, and care must be taken to protect the garment when posting. Any item returned in any other condition than “absolute new” will not be eligible for a return. These items will be sent back with a note explaining that we cannot credit/refund.
Mavi does not cover shipping costs for return postage unless item is deemed faulty or has been incorrectly sent.
Faulty Products - If on the rare occasion you receive a faulty product, please contact our Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you further.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS?
Update on Returns - Returns will generally be processed within 10 business days of receiving. During sale periods and events, it may take up to 14 business days to process.
Australia: Free Express Shipping via Australia Post on most Australian orders* over $80. Shipping charge of $9.99 will be applied for orders under $80. Orders received by 11am, Monday through to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. *PO Boxes and out of area deliveries will be dispatched within 1-2 full business days and sent via standard Australia post which may take 2-6 business days to be delivered depending on your location.
New Zealand: Free Shipping on all New Zealand orders over $80. Shipping charge of $9.99 will be applied for orders under $80. They will be dispatched within 1-2 full business days and shipped via standard AUS & NZ Post which may take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered.
Sale Periods: During busy sale periods there may be slight delays in the dispatch of your order. We suggest adding an extra 1-2 business days to all normal delivery times in both Australia & New Zealand to avoid disappointment.

Please note: While all care is taken, we reserve the right to leave your order in a safe place on premises if no one is home to collect. We recommend using a business address as your delivery address.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at which time we will immediately notify this action by email using the email address provided by you. All orders are subject to availability of stock. We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit card details are bona fide.
*Note - due to increased manufacturing and shipping costs, there has been a slight price increase on a select number of products. There may be a discrepancy between the tagged price and online price of certain garments. We thank you for your understanding.
