Do I have to pay for my return postage?

Yes, you are responsible for the cost of posting your return to us, so feel free to choose the shipping method that suits you. Where possible, we encourage a tracked method, as Mavi is not responsible for returns being lost in transit.

Orders placed using Paypal may be eligible to have their returns postage costs refunded from PayPal – find out more here. 

Orders deemed faulty by Mavi are eligible for free return postage – please get in contact with our customer service team prior to sending back.
