What is Mavi's returns policy?
Sometimes your Mavi’s don’t fit quite right. If this occurs, we will do our best to accommodate your return.
To be eligible for a return, Items must be Unworn, in the original packaging, have all the tags still attached and are within 14 days of receipt.
Full priced items are eligible for a refund, credit note or exchange. Sale items are eligible for a CREDIT. Strictly no refunds will be given on Sale items unless deemed faulty by our customer service team.
