Why was my order cancelled / not processed?

On very rare occasions, your order may be cancelled by our system for one of the following reasons.

  • An item is out of stock
  • Payment could not be processed
  • Other Processing issue

If you purchase an item that is out of stock, you will be contacted by the customer service team asking how you would like to proceed.
